My Regular Walking Routes
The unit numbers are not as logical as might be expected and instead can link fields in different parts of the SSSI. The map below is based on the information from the maps linked to from the Natural England website.

Field Number Map
Due to the illogical nature of the units, and the fact they cover multiple fields, I have created a numbering system that identifies each individual field. I have tried to make the numbering systematic, but the irregular shape of some of the fields has meant that things haven't been as straightforward as I might have hoped.

My Regular Walking Routes
My regular walking route (shown in red, below) takes me on a loop around the fields off Watery Lane, following the Parish Brook until I reach the drove that runs from West End Lane down to the North Drove, and then onto the North Drove and head towards Watery Lane, but I generally turn off at the corner and walk through the fields up to the three gates by the lane that leads up to the rugby club, and then walk back to the stone stile and on to home.
A semi-regular route (shown in blue, below) begins and ends in the same as my regular route, but instead of heading down the drove after following the parish brook, I continue following the brook until I reach the drove that goes up to the corner of Nailsea Wall and Nailsea Wall Lane. I then follow the drove down until it reaches the North Drove, and then walk along that back towards Watery Lane.

I've also made a map of the area I mostly stick to, with some labels to help orient people and ensure I name things consistently.
